This newly developed single fan unit is designed specifically for R32 refrigerant, delivering on Daikin’s commitment to lower CO₂ through sustainable innovation.
The R32 Mini VRV delivers reduced CO₂ equivalent thanks to the use of R32 Global Warming Potential (GWP) which is 68% lower than R410A, with lower refrigerant charge (10% less compared to R410A).
The single component refrigerant is easy to re-use and recycle, and offers optimum sustainability over the entire lifecycle due to its market-leading real-life seasonal efficiency
The VRV 5 S-Series with R32 offers:
- Maximum flexibility – it can be installed in areas as small as 10m²
- Lower GWP R32 – a third of R410A
- Lower refrigerant charge – 10% less than R410A
- Single component refrigerant – easy to handle and recycle
- Available in 4, 5 and 6 HP
- Higher energy efficiency
- Ergonomic design - easy access to components within low-profile single fan casing
- Low noise - five sound pressure levels down to 39 dB(A) and automatic ESP setting up to 45 Pa
- Premium comfort - intuitive online and voice controls, plus a new 10 class indoor unit for small rooms
