1. Telephone or email our technical support team and we will make every effort to resolve your issue.

2. Make a warranty claim using our simple claim form and Principal will manage your claim on your behalf.
We will ensure that your issue is resolved without any fuss, organising any replacement equipment or parts, and ensuring that items reach your chosen location quickly.
