Introducing the New Generation Altherma Hot Water Heat Pump

We are excited to announce that Daikin’s New Generation Altherma Domestic Hot Water Heat Pump is now available from Principal Climate Technologies.

This renewable air-to-water technology provides hot water from energy extracted from the outside air – 60% extracted air, 40% electricity, making it an ideal renewable hot water solution for houses up to 5 bedrooms.

 

 

The enamelled steel tank and the condenser are thermally insulated to guarantee top safety and hygiene.

• Maximum temperature of 62°C from renewable energy with heat pump alone or up to 75°C through a heating element
• Programmable digital interface with touch keys
• Integration through solar thermal energy (-PCV37 model) or up to 75°C through a heating element on all models
• Small installation footprint of 595 x 634 mm
• Quiet - sound power of 51dB(A) indoor
• Integrated backup heater of 1.5kW
• Integrated solar thermal control 
• Available in 200ltr and 260ltr tank versions
